Orders
All orders are custom and made to order in our workshop. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of your order. Should you need your order before then you may be able to rush your order for an additional fee of $70. Joao Cesar reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Joao Cesar.
Custom Orders
Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems, and the labor furnished by Cesar’s Jewelers and if you decide to do the custom request – we will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit once the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work signifies the client’s complete satisfaction. Minor changes to the design may be made at no cost. Other changes or adjustments will be done at a fair, pre-decided price.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. I am happy to repair any piece within 10 days of receiving your order. Please email us for information. I cannot refund custom orders.
Shipping
We offer three options for shipping; Ground, 2-Day, and an Overnight shipping; with signature required, insurance, and tracking. Joao Cesar is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Joao Cesar for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
